Southampton, HampshireWhile delivering to a neighbour the lorry was turning going to knock down my gatepost and some hedge. Running out to stop him I broke my ankle badly (now have titanium and 9 pins) and whilst lying on the ground the post and hedge got flattened. Manager Richard Frogett promised to come and fix my post. Despite several calls which initially sounded promising, I have now been ghosted. I was told the 'driver doesn't really know where the back of his lorry is'. SO DON'T BUY HERE GO SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY HAVE MORALS AND INTEGRITY. They get one star because this won't accept zero!!
