SUMMARY OF 3 MAIN JOBS:
1. Replace normal in-built cupboard doors with 2 sliding doors. Add a shelf to top of cupboard. Put new hanging pole in.
2. Build a small wardrobe (W:29;H:76;D:17 inches)into a space in an un-used doorway.
3. Build a shelving unit with shelves and draw (W:14;H:76;D:17 inches)
I live in a studio flat and want to build some storage in an un-used hallway.
After the kitchen was opened up to the main room, the original entrance to the kitchen isn't used and is kept shut - this means there is a small unsused hallway Id like to convert into storage space.
1. There is already a cupboard in the hallway with a hanging pole and one shelf. I want an additionally shelf put in above existing shelf. The current pole removed and replaced (moved further down). Current doors replaced with sliding doors.
2. In the un-used door way (handle needs to be removed) a simple wardrobe created (that is secure but can be removed if necessary e.g. semi-permanent). The wardrobe would be the following dimensions- W:29;H:76;D:17 inches. It would include a shelf at the top and one hanging pole.
3. A shelving unit built in a space approximately these dimensions- W:14;H:76;D:17 inches. The unit would include at least 5 draws and 3-4 shelves with a door on the shelving part.
