Hayle, CornwallMessed me around with a large order that I paid for over a week ago - spoke to the rudest man ever (FRANK) was given loads of versions on my delivery and order: 1) it’s getting loaded now 2) it’s not been treated yet 3) we will have to change the delivery date 4) we can send it in two orders over the week A full week to sort this order with delivery promises and even an extra delivery day given - a full team of workers including charity volunteers waiting to put these outdoor structures together for my autistic son and you let me down ! Not even so much as a sorry. Disgusting!
