Air Dried Sawn Planks
As the name suggests the timber is air dried in our Somerset yard and supplied to you with an average moisture content of 20%, but as with any wood product it should be left for a few days to acclimatise to it's final fix area before use.
Our air dried planks are perfect to use a square edge cladding either using a 50mm overlap or open joint cladding.
We supply Sweet Chesnut, Western Red Cedar, Larch, and Douglas Fir. They are all durable friendly to work with timbers that will out perform similar types of products, and provide the added, and very important bonus, of being an environmentally friendly building material. Locally sourced from Somerset and surrounding counties, we deliver locally and nationally.
