The business started out in 1977 as A Jones & Son Supplies with a small trade counter catering for the local plumbers and DIY customers. The name was changed in 1982 to SC&P Jones when the timber yard across the road at 102 Chapel Lane was aquired. This enabled us to sell a much wider range of products. In 2004 the decision was made to move all the plumbing, heating and electrical goods to the timber yard and concentrate on bathrooms at 91 Chapel Lane.

Established in 1928 we are a family run business providing a bespoke wood machining and turning service. We produce hardwood and softwood mouldings for a wide customer base in any pattern or design. We can replicate a pattern from a sample or drawing to match existing woodwork or unique bespoke project. Our machinists will supply any quantities of moulding from one offs to large runs.
Here at Bridestone & Brydges we supply bespoke, natural stone products across the UK as well as offering a complete build service from ground work and construction to roofing. We quarry our own pink sandstone on site and also buy in block from other quarries across the UK providing a wide range of choice in both colour and texture. All of this stone can then be cut to your own specific requirements.
