Hamilton, South LanarkshirePhoned up this company about an order requesting slabs stones and artificial grass. Rang out for ages till eventually got through and was told I would be called back. Took my mobile number and no return. Wouldn’t recommend a very unhelpful company!!

Larkhall, South LanarkshireI'm not one for writing a review, but I’ve had the worst experience ever with a bad multi-purpose plaster finish bag for my father. Went to these guys to purchase and to look at slabs not did they not have the length of time. I had to wait was incredible not for the lack of time in there Pay station with one gentleman on the floor talking while people were in front standing waiting to be seen.
I eventually got my slip and the warehouse was even worse. Yes all this for a small bag not only that there were other customers in a kind place. Was total carnage couldn’t even get my car through the space. In the second unit, the old fellow says them to be kept waiting for a further 10 mins or so do not waste your day and use the big-name companies as this was a learning experience it was a total morning from HELL!

Bearsden, East DunbartonshireFolks don’t waste your day with these cowboys! Went over to see about deck boards and fencing but couldn’t get near the entrance. Never mind in to get a quote, the place was chaos with lorry’s waiting to get in didn’t even reach buy the customer's car park bay no one around more traffic problems than anything total shambles. How this Bothwell company is still in buisiness!

Motherwell, North LanarkshireToday visited local builders in Bothwell. Usually, I would go to Amara Timber well what a wrong decision I made today. The welcome into the premises is one eh the worst feelings I have ever experienced with mad traffic and no sense of control or respect for other people's cars and vans. Blocking then when I got to the counter to find one staff member serving after 10 mins I just left too busy gabbing to people rather than dealing with people who are waiting to spend money. What morning I wasted all I wanted to get was some slabs for my garden shed never again stay well back from this company!!! Went to JW Grants was served and was away in 15 mins!
